Once you have contacted us, if we believe we can help you, one of our experienced design advisers will come out to see you.

An initial visit to your business is the best way for us to get a face to face overview of your business situation, to identify the challenges you are facing and to generate initial ideas about the ways in which design can help you to realise your business potential.

This visit is an opportunity for you to talk openly and frankly about the issues you face. Being open about your business, as well as open to possible solutions, will ensure you get the full benefit of our expertise. Our adviser will, of course, respect the confidentiality of your discussion with them.

Following the visit you will be sent a report outlining the challenges your business faces, and suggesting ways of overcoming them through the use of design. Once you have had a chance to read through the report, we will ring you to talk about taking forward the ideas we have suggested.
